RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

At SALTIER, our products are made to order. To give you a little flexibility before your order enters production, we offer a 24-hour cancellation window if you would like to:

Cancel your order

Change your size

Change your colour

Correct your shipping address

Please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page and include your order number.

Once the 24-hour period has passed, your order may have entered production and we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.

AFTER 24 HOURS

Because SALTIER products are made to order, we generally cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or choosing the wrong colour once your order has entered production.

We strongly recommend checking our size guide and order details before completing your purchase.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging where relevant

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Please do not return an item before contacting us.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

If a product has a problem covered by the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide the remedy required by law, which may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Our 24-hour cancellation policy applies to change-of-mind requests only and does not limit your rights regarding faulty, defective or incorrectly supplied products.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to display the refund.
